Our story

What the name stands for

Cabana Residence develops exclusive homes in Jakarta. Its first development, Cabana Residence Cijantung, is a modern townhouse cluster on Jl. Pendidikan III No.13 in Pasar Rebo, East Jakarta: 24 houses on a site of about 3,000 m², designed by StudioKAS under a Modern Contemporary Residence concept. Each house is designed for privacy, comfort and calm, with an elegant, functional layout, quality materials and careful architectural detail. The cluster offers three two-storey types: Oak (land 72 m², building 90 m², 3 bedrooms), Mahogany (78 m² / 100 m², 4 bedrooms) and Afromosia (85 m² / 110 m², 4 bedrooms). Every type has three bathrooms, a carport for two cars and an SHM certificate. All houses share one build specification: strauss pile and pad foundations, full red-brick walls, 2,200-watt electricity, uPVC windows, engineered-wood doors, Roman granite floors, TOTO sanitary ware with hot and cold showers, and an Alderon double-layer roof on a light steel frame. From the same developer group comes Rumah Kemang Selatan, a four-storey house with a private pool and a private lift on Jl. Kemang Selatan II, South Jakarta.

Vision and mission

What we build toward

Vision

To be the developer Jakarta families trust for private, well-built homes: houses designed with an architect, built with materials we name openly, and handed over ready to live in.

Mission

01Design every house with an architect, for light, airflow and the way a family actually uses its rooms.
02Build with the materials we publish: red brick walls, Strauss pile foundations, uPVC windows and TOTO sanitary ware.
03Keep each cluster small and gated, so residents get privacy and a quiet street.
04Publish sizes, floor plans and prices on this site, so you can compare before you call.
05Hand every house over finished, with its certificate in order.
